Prime Time For New Product Development
PrimePac Ltd exhibited a number of new packs during the Total Process Packaging Exhibition held at the NEC Birmingham from 15th - 18th May 2007. Due to customer demand, PrimePac Ltd, have invested in a new Automa machine dedicated to the production of 5 litre jerricans (Primecans). The PrimeCan is manufactured with a standard 38mm neck finish and available also in standard colours. Further sizes of PrimeCans are planned for 2007.

In addition, PrimePac Ltd, have launched a 750ml Trigger bottle in HDPE. This tall universal shape offers a wide label area with excellent shelf presence. The trigger bottle is available with a 288mm 410 screw neck or a Guala neck finish.

Further additions to the PrimePac bottle range include 300ml HDPE and PVC oval bottles aimed at the ever changing toiletry and personal care markets. Elegant in appearance and visually attractive, a snap on neck profile enables ease of filling and capping.

These new products compliment PrimePac Ltds’ already wide range of standard containers. From 50ml to 5 litre and in various materials including HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC and PET. PrimePac Ltd has types and styles of packs for many applications including, household, janitorial, industrial, personal care, toiletries, animal health and veterinary to name but some of the markets already served.

PrimePac Ltd also offers a complete service from conception of project through to production of finished pack. With extremely competitive tooling costs, PrimePac Ltd have over the last few years developed and produced a large number of custom moulded packs. These have ranged from wash up liquid bottles to shampoo bottles to dosing packs for animal health products. PrimePac Ltd expect to continue to make inroads into developing bespoke products over the next number of years and have already demonstrated a willingness to invest in plant and machinery and will continue to do so for the right projects.

A further advantage PrimePac Ltd can offer its customers is the option of decorating many of the bottles produced at the PrimePac plant. Silk screen printing of up to 4 colours is available on bottles from 100ml to 1000ml in size.

New Product Developments
Prime Wash Up
PrimePac Ltd has introduced a new range of PET Wash Up Liquid bottles. Manufactured in clear PET, they are available in three sizes, 500ml, 750ml and 1000ml. The curved theme throughout the range make the bottles particularly attractive in a market segment where image is becoming increasingly important. A large label panel both front and back offers ample space for effective branding of products.

The neck finish is compatible for flip top and push pull closures. All three sizes are available off the shelf with further sizes planned subject to demand.
